In the event that GRUPO SEMPER, requires to process Sensitive Personal Data, the owner, in accordance with article 9 of the Law, grants his express and written consent for its treatment through his autograph signature, electronic signature, or any other authentication mechanism established by GRUPO SEMPER, as appropriate.
